Born and raised in East Vancouver to working Chinese immigrant parents, Wayne graduated from Britannia Secondary and went on to obtain a commerce degree from UBC, with a specialization in marketing and finance. He spent the next 7 years as a trader in the securities industry, and as a consultant, before he ultimately found his true passion in real estate. His vast experience in the financial world helped cultivate his strong analytical background and logical approach to real estate, which have proven to be successful tools in this industry.
Wayne has lived and been an active member of the East Van community his whole life, and has watched the Lower Mainland evolve with its continual growth. Being trilingual in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, also offer Wayne the versatility to adapt to the growing demographic in the emerging metropolis.
